It is so easy!
So I have spoken already about the importance of
hydration. A problem that some of you may find with drinking water is that you
do not like the taste or that it is boring.
Add some, clean fresh mint leaves and some ice.

The reason for this
is, you are so used to drinking sugary drinks that your taste buds almost
expect the taste of sugar. Well here (on the right) I have given some
suggestions to add flavor to your water. It’s really easy, really quick and
really delicious.
